Your data may be processed by my subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services I use to process data and provide services to you or execute orders.

The entities to whom we entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
Objectives and activities of order processing.
When making a reservation, you must provide the data necessary to process the order, such as name, surname, telephone, e-mail address. Optionally, the remaining data in the booking request form. If you make an order in the course of your business, you must provide the name of the company, its registered office address and NIP number. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.
Data provided in connection with the order are processed in order to process the order (art. 6.1 GDPR), issue an invoice (art. 6.1.c GDPR), include the invoice in the accounting documentation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) and for archival and statistical purposes (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Procurement data will be processed during the time necessary for the execution of the contract and then until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. Moreover, after the expiry of this period, the data may still be processed for statistical purposes. Please also note that we are obliged to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax liability arose.
In the case of order data, you will not be able to correct this data after the order has been processed. You can also not object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. Similarly, you may not object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of invoice data. After the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract, you may object to the processing of your data for statistical purposes and demand the removal of your data from our database.
You also have the right to transfer the data referred to in article 20 of the Collective Labour Agreement with regard to order data.
